Address and Delivery:

  • Packages may or may not require a signature for delivery.
  • Provide a safe shipping address where someone is available to accept the package.

Tracking Your Order:

  • You'll receive a confirmation email within 72 hours of order processing.
  • A second email (if provided during checkout) will include your tracking number to track your package.
  • For tracking issues, contact the courier directly before contacting us.
  • Allow 1-4 days for tracking information to update.

International Taxes and Duties:

  • International customers are responsible for inbound duties, taxes, and fees.
  • These fees are not included in the purchase price.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

  • Buyers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Extra Shipping Charges:

  • Upgraded shipping fees will not be reimbursed if the package is returned due to an incorrect address.
